Chapter 1:  General Provisions

▶ Article 1 (Purpose) This Agreement is made for the purpose of providing Internet related service (referred to as "Service") provided by iNtRON Web site (referred to as “iNtRON Web") operated by iNtRON Biotechnology Co., ("the cyber mall") and the rights, duties and responsibilities of the users.

▶ Article 2 (Definitions)
① iNtRON Web refers to a virtual business place set up to trade goods or services using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide users with iNtRONs or services, and is also used as a means of operating a cyber mall I will.
② User refers to members and non-members who access the iNtRON Web and receive services provided by iNtRON Web in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

④ Non-members means those who use Web services provided by iNtRON.

▶ Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms)
① The iNtRON Web may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as the Act on Regulations of the Terms of Use, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Information Network Usage Promotion,
② In case of revising the Terms of Use, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of iNtRON Web together with the current terms from 7 days before application date to the day before application date.
③ If the iNtRON web is amended, the amended terms will apply only to the contracts that are concluded after the effective date. However, if iNtRON Web has notified the user of the consent of the intonation that "the user shall be deemed to be subject to the change clause if the user does not express consent to the change agreement within a reasonable period of time" If such notice can not be made, the amended provisions also apply to the contract entered into before the amendment.
④ The matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Directive and related laws or practices established by the Government.

▶ Article 4 (Service Provision and Change)
① iNtRON Web performs the following tasks.
1. Provide information on goods or services and conclude purchase contracts
2. Delivery of the goods or services for which the purchase contract is concluded
3. Other iNtRONs are needed.
② If iNtRON Web makes a contract with a user and changes the contents of the service for reasons such as the sale of the goods or the change of the technical specifications, it may be changed without any notice to the user. As a result, I will not indemnify. However, this is not the case if iNtRON Web has intentional or gross negligence.

▶ Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
① iNtRON Web may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement or breakdown of information and telecommunication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication.
② In case of interruption of service under Paragraph 1, the iNtRON Web will be notified to the user through a notice.
③ iNtRON Web shall not be liable for damages incurred by a user or a third party due to temporary interruption of service due to the reason stated in Paragraph 1 above. However, this is not the case if iNtRON Web has intentional or gross negligence.

Chapter 2 :  Membership Agreement

▶ Article 6 (Membership)
① The user submits the membership information according to the subscription form set by the iNtRON Web and subscribes for membership by expressing his intention to agree to these terms.
② iNtRON Web will register as a member who subscribed to join as a member as in Paragraph 1 above.
③ The membership contract is established when the approval of the iNtRON Web reaches the member.
④ If there is any change in the registration details, the member must notify the iNtRON Web of the change immediately by email or other means.

▶ Article 7 (withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification)
① Members may request withdrawal from iNtRON Web at any time, and iNtRON Web will handle membership withdrawal immediately.
② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the iNtRON Web may limit and suspend membership.
1. If you registered false information at the time of application
2. If you do not pay the debts you have borne by the members in connection with the use of the iNtRON Web,
3. threatens the electronic trading order, such as interfering with the use of other people's iNtRON web or stealing the information
4. If you use the iNtRON Web to prohibit the laws and regulations, or to engage in activities that are against the public good
③ If iNtRON Web restricts or suspends membership, if the same act is repeated two more times or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the iNtRON Web may lose membership.
④ If iNtRON Web loses membership, you will cancel membership registration. In this case, we will notify the member and give them an opportunity to call before the deadline.

▶ Article 8 (Notice to Members)
① If iNtRON Web notifies member, it can do with e-mail address that member sent to iNtRON Web.
② iNtRON Web can be replaced by individual notice by posting to iNtRON Web bulletin board for more than one week in case of notice to many unspecified members.

Chapter 3 : User’s Obligation.

▶ Article 15 (Privacy Protection)

⑥ iNtRON Web will minimize the number of administrators for the protection of personal information and take all responsibility for the loss of user's personal information including credit card, bank account, etc. due to loss, theft, leakage, .
⑦ When iNtRON Web or a third party provided personal information from it, the personal information is destroyed without delay when it has achieved the purpose of collecting or receiving.

▶ Article 16 (Mole duty)
① iNtRON Web shall not act prohibited by law and these Terms or acts contrary to public order and sincerity, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and reliably as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
② iNtRON Web must have a security system to protect user's personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet service safely.

▶ Article 18 (Obligations of User)
① The user should not do the following acts.
1. Registration of false information when applying or changing
2. Changes to information posted on the iNtRON Web
3. Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information about the iNtRON Web
4. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of other third parties
5. Acting on the iNtRON Web to harm the reputation of other third parties or to interfere with their work;
6. Obscene or violent messages, images, voices or other public information to the public to disclose information that is in conflict with the law

Chapter 4 :  Others

③ Disputes arising between the iNtRON Web and users may be subject to the arbitration of the Electronic Transaction Dispute Arbitration Committee established under Article 28 of the Electronic Commerce Basic Act and Article 15 of the Enforcement.

▶ Article 22 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
① You can file a lawsuit against the iNtRON web and the user about the electronic transaction dispute to the Seoul District Court.
② The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to electronic transactions filed between the iNtRON Web and users.

1. < Enforcement Date > This Agreement will be effective from August 18, 2001.
2. < Effective Date > This Agreement will be effective from September 17, 2002.
