LiliF® CCoV RT-PCR Kit
It is an acute viral gastrointestinal infectious disease caused by vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration caused by dog coronavirus. In addition, they are susceptible regardless of breed and age, have rapid spread and high morbidity rate, especially in group breeding dog. The causative agent of this disease was first reported by Bin and others in the fecal incidence of infectious diarrhea in German dog breeds in 1971 to isolate coronavirus. It is recognized as one of the most important viral diarrhea cases because it is mixed with dog parvovirus infection and worsens the symptoms even more. Symptoms include diarrhea, dehydration, stunning, vomiting, poor appetite, and are common in dogs and dogs. However, clinical symptoms are very infrequent, and even if symptoms are present, they are too weak to be confirmed by clinical diagnosis. The incubation period is 24-36 hours after the test infection and 1-5 days in the case of natural infection. When you have diarrhea and vomiting, you have vomiting at first, and after 1 to 2 days there is loss of appetite, loss of appetite, and body temperature is normal. Diarrhea occurs 1-3 days after infection, and there is blood diarrhea and dehydration mixed with mucous mucus or blood in the vagina, loss of appetite, vomiting and gut on the soft stool. In general, fever or leukocyte reduction is not seen, but most of infected cows recover within 7 to 10 days. Leukopenia does not occur in natural infections, secondary infectious bacteria, parasites, other viruses are often infected and the mortality rate is very low for single infections. There is no fever, but the mortality rate is very low. Virus outbreak lasts for two weeks and is accompanied by neutralizing antibodies. It is impossible to diagnose by clinical symptoms alone and various diseases and differential diagnosis are needed. Since feces in the early stages of onset contain a large amount of virus, it is necessary to detect viral or gene directly in feces or try to isolate virus using cultured cells However, since it takes a very long time to isolate virus through cultured cells, molecular diagnostics are required for rapid diagnosis.
The LiliF ™ CCoV RT-PCR Kit was designed to detect the non-structural proteins of dog coronavirus directly on the basis of the genetic database and to detect it very quickly and accurately. RT-PCR, Reverse Transcription- Polymerase Chain Reaction) is used to amplify only specific genes. This is a very fast and reliable method.
• This product is an animal gene detection reagent which is qualitatively detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in order to detect dog corona virus pathogen from animal side, swab and intestinal extract .
• In other words, a positive control substance, DNase / RNase free water, supplied from the viral RNA extracted from the viral RNA extract kit of animals, swabs and intestinal exudates of animals can be added to detect rapidly and qualitatively The product.
• For Research Use Only, Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
• This kit is developed, designed, and sold for research purpose only. It is not intended to be used for human or animal diagnosis of diseases. Prior to using it for other purposes, the user must validate the system in compliance with the applicable law, directives, and regulations.
• This product is research reagent of infectious disease for professional use to restrict the public use for animal diseases.
