AutoXT Total gDNA kit
AutoXT Total gDNA Kit is a product that can quickly extract genomic DNA from various species and large quantities of genome samples using an automated nucleic acid extraction device based on the magnetic bead method. It has excellent lysis efficiency and an optimized buffer system for various samples, and is designed to enable high-purity gDNA extraction from samples, making it suitable for next-generation sequencing (NGS) applications.

Q : DNA extraction yield is lower than expected. What should I do?
A : It is believed that the sample was not properly homogenized. Check the extraction protocol settings of the Miracle-AutoXT Nucleic Acid Extraction System equipment to ensure that they are appropriately considered for the extraction target. Before using the equipment, check the fixation status of the cartridge to the rack and the set temperature of the block (appropriate temperature setting is required) before proceeding.
Q : Contamination of the extracted nucleic acid is suspected.
A : When adding lysate to the product's cartridge, be careful not to splash it. To minimize contamination of adjacent cartridges, it is recommended that samples be separated from the rack when applying them. To prevent contamination between samples, use a new Plunger Tip for each sample.
Q : I would like to know the yield of the extracted sample. Is there an effective method other than absorbance measurement?
A : This product extracts the entire genomic DNA present in the sample. Absorbance measurement alone has a wide range of target accuracy and error in small quantities. For more accurate judgment, we recommend a method of quantification by performing PCR with a quantitative function, such as real-time PCR.
