Description
Gravity type of product for separating/ purifying high yield of Plasmid DNA (Midi Scale)
- • Possible to separate and purify plasmid DNA effectively (Midi Scale)
- High copy number : up to 60ml culture volume
- Low copy number : up to 120ml culture volume
- • Purity is identical compared centrifuging twice for CsCl concentration
- • Hazardous substances such as Phenol, chloroform, ethidium bromide and cesium chloride (CsCl) are not necessary.
- • Minimized experiment time: experiment can be finished within 100~120 minutes
DNA-midiTM GT Plasmid DNA Purification Kit is used for purifying and separating high yield of plasmid DNA from midi scale of bacterial cell culture using silica membrane and optimized alkali lysis buffer system. Also, This product includes column that has treated by anion-exchanger resin based on alkaline lysis procedure. The advantages of using DNA-midiTM GT Plasmid DNA Purification Kit are, can obtained maximum 100ug yield of DNA using high copy plasmid (50ml)and low copy plasmid (100ml) and it takes only 120minutes to finish experiments compare to other vacuum type products. High purified plasmid DNA can be used for transfection, ligation, transformation, PCR experiment and experiment using Restriction enzyme.

- QIs there precautions for storing M2 Buffer?
- AIf M2 Buffer is store at temperature below 15℃, buffer may be educed due to solubility change. If this happened, please dissolve buffer on water bath and then use it.
- QWhat is the concentration of RNase A solution in DNA-midi™ GT Plasmid DNA Purification Kit?
- AIt is packed with lypholized condition and concentration of RNase A Solution is 50mg/ml.
- QDuring experiment, is there precaution for binding DNA?
- AIt may cause bad result if DNA is not bound well. Therefore, please store at clean bench in order to dry ethanol. Also, please dissolve DNA pellet well in order to obtain large amounts of DNA.
