Maxime ™ PCR PreMix Kit (i-StarMAX™ II) contains all the components (dNTP mixture, reaction buffer, etc.) necessary for PCR reaction including i-StarMAX™ II DNA Polymerase in each PCR tube by ALHP system Since it is dried pellet state, it can remarkably reduce the experimental error in pipetting between the experimenters. It is very excellent in reproducibility. It is a product with excellent stability of activity due to oxidation and moisture prevention of major components in the product by vacuum compression manufacturing method can. In addition, this product can perform PCR by adding template DNA, primer set and D.W only, and it can contain gel loading buffer.
I-StarMAX™ II DNA Polymerase used in this product is a mixture of hot-start i-StarTaq™ DNA Polymerase and Proofreading DNA Polymerase. It reduces nonspecific reaction and error rate, It is very useful for PCR. It is also useful for demanding template / primer systems and high yield PCR products can be obtained by setting the extension time of PCR to 30 ~ 60 seconds per Kb. i-StarMAX™ ll DNA Polymerase is suitable for high-performance amplification and relatively fast PCR for over 15 Kb of PCR target with proofreading DNA Polymerase alone. Maxime ™ PCR PreMix Kit (i-StarMAX™ II) uses i-StarMAX™ II DNA Polymerase to reduce the nonspecific reaction rate.
