FastMix / Frenche™ PCR (i-StarTaq™) excludes artificial additives for each component of the PCR to optimize PCR activity, maintains activity stability for more than 6 months at room temperature, and provides sensitivity and amplification This is a maximized product. Based on the stability that excludes the influence of the environment, it maintains the constant amplification result and is optimized for diagnostic research.  In addition, this product contains i-StarTaq™ DNA Polymerase to prevent cross-contamination. In addition, all the components (dNTP mixture, reaction buffer, etc.) required for PCR reaction are contained in each PCR tube in the dried pellet state through the ALHP system. As mentioned above, since all components are included, when using this product, PCR can be performed by adding template DNA, primer set and D.W only,Gel loading buffer contains Orange G dye that allows gel loading without any other treatment.The i-StarTaq™ DNA Polymerase used in this product has a chemical-based hot-start function that is not antibody-based. TroubleShooting Guide
QI heard that Frenche PCR (i-StarTaq) can be stored at room temperature.
AOur Frenche PCR products incorporate RTS technology to keep the enzyme activity stable for six months at room temperature. The product is valid for 2 years. If you want to use it for a long time, we recommend to keep it frozen.
QI was using the existing Maxime™ PCR PreMix (i-StarTaq). I received the Frenche PCR product through my salesperson, What's the difference with existing products?
AIn the case of our French PCR (i-StarTaq), our product is based on our RTS technology. Its enzyme stability at room temperature is high and enzyme activity is stable for 6 months at room temperature. In addition, the buffer system upgrade maximizes sensitivity and reproducibility.
QCDNA was synthesized with QMaxime RT (Oligo dT). How much cDNA should I put in order to carry out PCR?
AThe amount of cDNA to be used as a template for the APCR reaction is 0.5 to 10% of the initial RT reaction volume. Please refer to the 'PROTOCOL' section of the manual for more information.
