No more EtBr~!!

RedSafe : Non-toxic, Non-mutagenic, and Non-hazardous  !!

EtBr(ethidium bromide) has been known as predominant dye used for nucleic acid staining for decades because of  its reasonable price and sufficient sensitivity.

However, EtBr is a highly mutagenic material.

RedSafeTM is an ultra sensitive, extremely stable and environmentally safe fluorescent nucleic acid dye designed to replace the highly toxic ethidium bromide for staining dsDNA, ssDNA or RNA in agarose gels or polyacrylamide gels.
